Three cars collided violently
Van Nuys, CA. October 30, 2023. A fatal accident between two cars occurred Monday morning on Freeway 408 in Van Nuys, leaving one person dead and two injured, according to authorities.
The fatal accident happened around 4:30 a.m. on the northbound San Diego Freeway, north of Sherman Way. The causes are still unknown, however, authorities suspect that one of the vehicles apparently hit the center lane divider and then collided with other vehicles.
